Angular Drain Rock (1 1/4")

Angular Drain Rock 1 1/4" refers to a type of crushed stone or gravel used primarily for drainage applications.Primarily used for drainage, especially in situations requiring good water flow and prevent water from pooling. It's characterized by its angular, jagged edges resulting from the crushing process and a size between 2" and 2 1/4", making it suitable for applications like pipe bedding, backfill, and erosion control. Can also be used as a base rock.

Applications:

• Pipe Bedding: Used to provide a stable and permeable foundation for pipes in underground drainage systems.
  Backfill: Used as a backfill material in retaining walls, Dry wells, French drains, and leach fields, allowing for water to drain away from the structure.
  Erosion Control: Helps to prevent erosion by stabilizing soil and directing water flow.
  Driveway Approaches: Used as a durable and water-permeable surface for driveways and entrances. Also makes for a good base rock under a minus gravel particularly to amend very sandy or muddy areas.
